I noticed that software updates for newer truck models could be a bit faster. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic tool that we rely on daily.

The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the user manual could be a bit clearer, especially for the more complex functions. That said, customer support was helpful when I had questions, and the tool itself is excellent.
