Fixed:
- Scania COO7, EMS S8/EMD1, EEC3 JTAG memory operations with second EEPROM (was always used first EEPROM before)
- IRRF updates should work stable now (sometimes was "error 11.0" during update)
- Show correct COO immo status (was "error 3.5" before)
- CPC3 (bus versions) memory operations (was "error 3.5" during "Memory analyze")
- EIS key status (inserted/not inserted) works stable now
- CPC3 parameters (was "internal error" if MB_EXTRA license was missed)
