AutoVEI team is happy to announce that now we have a solution to program keys for Volvo and Renault Euro 6 trucks!
All available with new VEI V8 device and v8.x software!
Supported:
- Volvo Euro 6 trucks up to 2023
- Renault T-series trucks Euro 6
To program new key – you must have 1 working/added key.

Requirements to add new key:
- VEI V8 device
- Volvo KEYS license
- Software v8.0 or greater

What to do if all keys are lost?
All keys lost solution only possible by making immo off. Here’s how you can do it with Truck Explorer:
To make immo off, you need to change up to maximum 5 parameters.
Total up to maximum 25 tokens per vehicle to make immo off.
*Note: not all Volvo or Renault truck models have these parameters. So, if your truck doesn’t have the parameter, you will get a message from Truck Explorer software:
“Failed (Unavailable function (code 3.1))”

If you get this message, it means your truck doesn’t have it and you can move on to next parameter change.
Once you change available parameters, you can now start your truck with any key.

- Make immo off in EMS (operation cost 5 tokens) (picture no 1.)
- Make immo of in VMCU (operation cost 5 tokens) (check picture no 2. and read the note below)
- Make disabled Steering column lock function in CIOM (operation cost 5 tokens) (picture no. 3.)
- Make disabled Steering column lock function in HMIIOM (operation cost 5 tokens) (picture no. 4)
- Make disabled Steering column lock function in VMCU (operation cost 5 tokens) (picture no. 5)
Total up to maximum 25 tokens per vehicle to make immo off.
